Reminder: Our office will be closed on Friday, June 14th. We will reopen on Monday, June 17th. The office will close at the end of the day on Tuesday, June 18th for the summer.

Our lost and found is overflowing! If your child is missing a jacket, water bottle, etc., this is the place where you just might find it! Items left in the building once school is out for the summer will be donated.
If you have or know a graduating senior, RSD's annual Senior Walk is next week!
We still have 20 yearbooks available for purchase! The cost of a yearbook is $28. Yearbooks will be sold on a "first come-first serve" basis. If paying by check, please make checks payable to Sequoyah Elementary. Get them while they last!!
Just a reminder that kindergarten registration for the 24-25 school year is tonight at 5:30 p.m. We are looking forward to meeting all of our incoming kindergarten families!
If you have a 4th grade student who is interested in Robotics, and will be headed to Russellville Intermediate School next year, Robotic tryouts and a parent meeting are just around the corner. Please see the infographic below for all the details.
Spring Fling is just around the corner! Don't forget our change drive begins Monday, Apr. 15th . Bring pennies on Monday, nickels on Tuesday, dimes on Wednesday, quarters on Thursday, and dollars or any other change on Friday. The class who bring in the most change will win a chance to pie our principals.

Spring Break is almost here! Spring Break is Mar. 18-22. Classes resume Mar. 25th. It's also time to spring forward. Don't forget to set your clocks ahead 1 hour on Saturday night.
Parent-teacher conferences are Feb. 20th and Feb. 22nd from 4:00-6:15 p.m. The book fair will also be open during conferences.
Yearbooks are for sale! Our 23-24 Sequoyah Yearbook contains over 50 pages of memories from this school year. All orders are due by Thursday, Feb. 29th.
Talent Show Announcement: Sequoyah's yearly talent show has been moved to May 3rd. Mrs. Grice will send out information about the show to 3rd and 4th grade families in March. Thank you for your understanding!
Sequoyah Cyclone Night is Tues., Jan. 30th at 6:00 p.m. Come cheer on the RHS Cyclone Basketball team. There will be a designated section for Sequoyah students.
All RSD schools will be in session tomorrow, January 23, 2024.
Buses will be following the normal routes.
